Sinb/tanb = sinb*(cosb/sinb) = cosb.

in the interest of full disclosure i have to admit i googled the above answer, it would have made as much sense to me had it been written in yiddish.

here's the proof : סינב / טאַנב = סינב * (קאָסב / סינב) = קאָסב. !

shocker i know, but translating it to yiddish did not lessen my understanding of the equation (it is an equation right?)!

It depends how you say it?

Half of two plus two = 2

Half of two plus two = 3

The BODMAS rule would say do the division first, then the addition, so I'll go for 3.

(And waits for Terence to come along and make us look like fools...)
