when i comlpained i received an email telling me to ring a number after 11pm when they would generate free pin for that evening, so i did but still the same rubbish picture quality, my advice to anyone thinking of paying for this service is don't waste your money until they sort it out babestation xstreme yes "XTREME POOR QUALITY" rubbish
anyone experiencing problems with the Babestation Xtreme stream, please email us on info@babestation.tv with your issues. The more information you can give us the better we can look into these problems and iron them out.
Please let us know which payment method you used (inc. phone number if used), whether you spoke to customer services, what they said etc.

well my problem above, still no answer to the email I sent last night..
credit card, went through at 3.59 got pin...entered on website...
"sorry pin not recognized"
so I just gave you £3 for nothing.

did you email cs@babestationxtreme.com ? If so, could you forward your email to info@babestation.tv and i'll chase it up with the customer service team in the morning
we have identified and fixed a problem with our stream setup and the stream is now of better picture quality.
We are monitoring it closely and will make any changes necessary to ensure the stream maintains a good quality

I did get a reply thanks, but the offer of ringing for a new pin after 11pm, is just not viable, lol you can guess why.
but hey guess Ill put it down to experience, but dont think Ill be trying again.
think you'll see a nice improvement in quality from today onwards.

So are you confident enough to do another free night? The last time you had one was enough to put a large minority of us off never paying for it - maybe you can reverse that if your quality really has improved....

we may well do a free night again soon to tie in with the launch of our VOD services around the product, but for now we need to test the stream in normal conditions, and as you imagine when we do a free night you get an unrealistic bump of traffic and therefore can't gauge the performance accurately.

would it not be simpler just to air bs extreme on sky, i am sure it would work there, what is this "new vod" and when does it start
