If you use firefox, install the "download helper" plug in.
It can save the file when you play the embedded video.
Probably some other options given in the tech section of the forum here

You can grab them with RealPlayer.
Did'nt see it all last night but if anyone has any recordings of Lolly and Georgie on BSX from last night, that could be worth a look.
