Yeah, but if it's the crew, I can't see them behaving themselves. The other women probably wouldn't be up for being just guests, and not doing much, unless it was the grand show where all of them were doing a session with different cameras.
I suggested having guests at the studio in the past, to watch a show of sorts, but my suggestion was deemed illegal as the studio would need a strippers/lap dance license or something like that. Can't see what would be illegal about inviting some friends over to act as customers in a restaurant, while the women surprise (They are pretending to be surprised) them and do a session in the middle of the place. The guests might not want their faces shown, so that's another reason for the mannequin aspect.
Ofcom would be carefully watching what they do with the peppermills.
There would be safety measures taken of course, so no glass, and no sharp cutlery etc. Hell, it doesn't have to be 100% perfectly designed, and to make things safer, it could be similar to a jazz cafe. Multiple tables, some drinks, electronic candles in little candle holders in the center of the table, a few chairs for each table, some dim lighting etc. They could use a spotlight to illuminate anyone who begins a session, perhaps with them sauntering down the center of the floor as we follow with them...
That kind of thing.
Despite the restrictions from Ofcom, a set like this could be a blast to watch, as there would be so much potential for each woman to be able to improvise, and move around from section to section.
The possibilities are endless!

Also, for one big night, they could have all of the women on that set, with multiple cameras, so that regardless of what stream or channel we happen to view, we'll still see all of them to a certain extent just by watching one channel!
To be fair mrmann I completely echo the sentiment behind what you say.
Hey at least its an idea and one that with some tweaking could be very entertaining.
Working to a themed set with a willingness to move around it in a hot and horny fashion would have to be considered as a step forwards.
Interesting backdrop + stimulating performance = WINNER.

How about a restaurant themed set (Or Jazz cafe), where there's a large table with chairs, and other tables in the background where guests (Mannequins) will sit and act as customers. The women can be at one table, acting as a waitress, but instead of writing down orders, they grab a phone from one of the mannequins and answer it (A call). From there, they do the session at the restaurant, with them crawling on the table, wrapping the table cloth around them, using the chairs to walk and sit on, giving the mannequins a lap dance or two. Its seems like a good idea,but there are some issues,some of the babes move so little it would be difficult to tell apart from the mannequins,S66 lets some of their babes get away with lazy performances and does not have the appetite or suitable location to improve the shows alot,also having mannequins controlled by the crew is probably not permitted due to interaction with anyone in shot or out of shot being banned,ok you could say its not direct contact but im guessing the regulator would find some way to ban it,like it has with almost every adult aspect of these shows.
you know if Studio 66 did a restaurant set it would comprise of: an old table they already have in the studio, a bed sheet for a table cloth, a plastic cup and a bag of haribo
