After revising my dayshow list to 15 more dayshow shifts could be covered.
The day shifts would run between:
05:30-13:45 and 13:45-22:00
Nightshows from 22:00-05:30.
I would rotate all shifts over a calendar year to make them as equal as possible.
With the dayshows and nightshows I would have 3 babes across two channels with someone to cover half hour breaks. This floating role would be evenly rotated across both rosters.
I would enforce set changes every two hours of all shows and have an expansive range of interesting and stimulating sets to be used. On your specific point I would make the airtime as equal as possible.
