Am I the only person who thinks that alot of the channels use Ofcom as an excuse for the softness of their programs?????

I don't see how that can be, because most of the channels have been fined by Ofcom at one time or another.

Yes but look at the fines ofcom charges these companies....It's a drop in the ocean compared to what they fine terrestial channels........

you have to remember they do warn companies that repeat offences will mean termination..like a 'three strikes and out' warning (i dunno how many strikes are allowed in this case)

I think these channels have all been fined several times,except Hotel Voyeur...which is the channel that does girl/grel kissing and tit licking....So I'm thinking Ofcom are fineing the other channels of other reasons?????
yeah but hotel voyeur probably does not have enough viewers to make complaints lol
