Ofcom are obviously influencing Bang Babe's programmes at the moment so thats why the'yre not. But I don't think Elite and Babestation are doing them because they're not bothered by Ofcom, I think its more of a question of resources available.
I believe Babestation and Elite have the best programming facilities (ie camera / sound / technical equipment) and the best set designs available for 2-4-1 sections.
Whilst Ofcom have influence over all content shown on the Babe Channels Playboy, as the licence holders, are currently influencing the content output from Bang. So no c-thru outfits or titillation on The Pad, (i've never seen the girls look so bored), and no naked shows, no tit's out before 10pm, no 241's etc from Bang Babes. It will all settle down again soon but i expect Ofcom to start challenging again the fully nude shows. I will post more on this in the Ofcom thread.
