Even at £1.53/min Linsey's amazing. At 46p/min LDM is the best bargain ever! Yes, she's great on the phones - it's too late for me to call her now (booooo) but
man her vocal delivery, husky and breathy, really works for me. The slow, in-control pace coupled with Linsey's willingness to listen and go with what you really want is absolutely incredible.
I'd say that, for a genuine legend, she's no sense of ego at all when you speak to her; although I'd forgive her if she did.
