Don't panic folks, it's a technical cock-up at Sky's end.

I've got a free standing digital receiver as well as a Sky box and the two Bang Babes channels on Transponder 25 are still running fine, although all three have been broadcasting the same signal for the past hour and a half (I was puzzled as to why Emily was on all three channels earlier and then Lucy Z - I thought surely they could sort the breaks out better than that!).

They've just separated - Emily has just come on to 959 (Lucy Z is on the other two). If you are desperate you can tune them in manually:

Press "services" on your remote then
4 system setup
4 add channels

frequency 11527
polarisation V
symbol 27.5
FEC 2/3

then "find channels"

TMTN 1 & 2 should come up at the bottom of the list. Scroll down, press the yellow button and they should both "tick" - then "select"

Press "services" again and option 9 is "other channels" (you might need a pin - the last 4 digits on your Sky card unless you've changed it) and they should be there.

Note you cannot toggle them back and forth to change between "other channels" - you must come out and go back in each time (Sky made it deliberately awkward to stop people with motorised/multi-sat systems like me)

This is your workaround until Sky fix it!

Services button on the remote...

Highlight "Options" at the top of the screen

Press the down arrow, then scroll along to "Add channels"

Follow the instructions above to enter the frequency etc.


When you've saved the channels they will appear in the "Other Channels" menu.

Just to let you know they've opened up with the same output (Dionne) on all three channels, and for much of last night after the fault there was only one girl on at a time but Emily is currently on 915. AFAIK they only have 915 until 10.00pm so you may need to do the workaround after that.

Thanks but they seem to have taken the view that if Sky viewers cant see the channels its not economic to pay the babes. They have a webstream but have narrowed that down to 1 channel.

It could still be an EPG payment dispute with the Digger - Rupe may own the Sky EPG but does not control the Astra satellite system. That would explain why there was still a signal there but they werent in the EPG, why a giant technical organisation hasnt solved it after 24 hours, and rules out equipment failure at the Bangebabes end.

BTW Im sure it was Bangbabes last night when the presenter went open mike, but audio from a totally different shopping channel was broadcast. Id love to know which one because I have visions of the sad 40 year old women with cats who watch shopping channels suddenly being treated to a voiceover from Delta White (or whoever) inviting them to phone in for filthy chat as she is feeling horny and wants their big sausage, accompanied by film of some homely frump demonstrating a kitchen blender.

I heard it - it was Annie Bullah's mouth opening but all we heard was an advert on how you could get flat Abs!!

Web stream #2 is running a scrolling message with your manual tuning instructions copied word for word.


So, if they're looking in, which they clearly are...

1. have the fucking manners to thank the man for his post
