Nice professional reponse there. If shebang is indeed your company you are doing it nothing but harm with your attitude on this forum. If not then they should prob stop you posting on here as you are doing nothing but damage the sites reputation but thats your M.O so why would anyone expect anything else.
What about you for once addressing the problems some of your actual customers have been having with the site instead of coming on here and doing anything you can to take the focus away from the fact you are a rip off merchant. You seem to think that your "fans" that have supported you for years should just open wide and swallow the bullshit sandwiches you have been feeding them.
I am going off track a bit but seeing as Amanda's sisters have already been mentioned and 1 has appeared on "shebang" can anyone tell me if Kimberly Rendall is the same girl that worked on Elite ? , i remember a girl called Emma Cole doing a early morning show on Elite and Caty saying it was her sister , i didn't see her live but saw the caps on this forum , that girl was blond and looked a bit different from Kimberly , is Kimbery and Emma the same girl or is there a forth sister , a step sister peraps ? .

hmm, not sure that reminding someone of their rights under the direct debit guarantee is 'bullying' blueswin, its good consumer advice that he should be aware of to prevent him spending more money he doesnt want to on a service he is not getting, not just on your site but on any service he is using this method to pay where he has found himself in some dispute over the service provided.
However your business retention methods are a little dubious as you havent actually sorted his problem out, just had a dig at a paying customer for being unhappy with the service provided. You might find that you get more subscribers by looking after the ones you have and letting their good word spread rather than pissing them off and hoping others take their place

An excellent point well made. I cancelled yesterday because of the attitude towards people who are paying good money for a shambolic service. The Shaft webshow has been advertised twice and not materialised, the Reede webshow took an eternity to be made available to view because nobody seemed to know how to put it on the website, there are trailers for other videos that have been on the website for weeks with no sign of the real thing (put that down to Xmas!!!).
I've not been bullied by anyone and I'm not part of any 'clique' but my subscription to Shebang.tv has expired and I won't be renewing it.
Amanda Rendall seems happy with this model of business so good luck to her and her associates; I only speak for myself in saying that she's lost a repeating subscriber because of the way she and her associates run their business.
We all move on. I'd only note that I won't subscribe to any other venture Amanda embarks upon either. I do find it strange that Amanda could take pleasure in disappointing her subscribers though and I don't understand how it increases subscription, but if it does, then Amanda should be happy with my decision!

I'm about to cancel as well because I've been patiently waiting for the other 3 shows of herself and Reede to be uploaded but they have not. They're advertised in the members area as if they were avaliable. Only when you load the shoddy player does the aptly named filename inform we users it's a "trailer".
I signed up last night to watch the Amanda and shaft vid and woow it was amazing!! had no problem with payment thank you Amanda you made my night
