What words or expression drive you mad annoyed

With me it's when the 'In My Opinion' or 'I'm Entitled to My Opinion' and is usually used because they are losing an arguement.

Does anyone else have a simular pet hate
"Jog on".
chillax
the next time someone tells me 2 chillax i will kick them in the nuts
Yes!

ANY portmanteau word which doesn't add a new layer of meaning to the two words it mashes together. Words like the aforementioned "chillax", for example. "chilling" and "relaxing" are the same bloody thing, so the portmanteau word adds nothing new to either, making it little more than an irritating and pointless extra word in the language.

I also don't like the way people prefix offensive statements with "I'm not racist/sexist/xenophobic/homophobic/religious/a snob (etc., etc., delete as applicable), but..." before making making sweeping generalisations about a group of individuals. Saying that first, doesn't give you carte blanche to be offensive without being called out for your discriminatory bullshit. If you're going to say something that might offend people, then just bloody well say it and have the courage of your convictions. People will respect you more for it. Even if they think you're a prick, at least they'll think you're a prick who's willing to commit to an opinion. bladewave

In adition to the ones above, whenever someone says "talk to the hand" and throws their hand up in front of me, I have to fight hard against the urge to grab their hand and bend it back until the wrist snaps.
Sorry for the double post, but I've got another one to add...

"All Day Breakfast" How do you know it's my breakfast? It's only my breakfast if it's the first thing I eat on that particular day. Otherwise, it's a fry up.
Hope you feel better now Mr G. Smile
the next best thing
to say its the next best thing is a lie most of the time its not even close 2 the best thing
I hate "To be honest with you" or "To tell you the truth"
We always assume that the words we hear are already the truth, so why do people feel the need to clarify that they are speaking the truth, assholes!!
know what i mean like
adding the word like 2 the end of a sentence is the telltale sign of a chav
I hate the expression "Whatever" it drives me insane when someone uses it.
