I Quit My Babe (WAV version, 39MB)

I Quit My Babe (WMA version, 4.5MB)

Here are the lyrics…

She found my secret phone, she found my DVDs.
She found me in the kitchen with my trousers round my knees.
She caught me celebrating Jemma Jey and Morgan,
and Lolly Badcock, and Dionne, and Kelly Carter, with my organ.
I apologised with a sorrow true and deep,
then I asked Amanda Rendall for a quickie in my sleep…

Chorus…
I quit my babe for Party Girls, Bang Babes, Partyland and Babestation.
I needed her but she just couldn’t see the depth of my situation.
How could I give her my attention when I was in love with a TV station?
I quit my babe for Party Girls, Bang Babes, Partyland and Babestation.

I said I was an addict facing shame and sore derision.
She said I could watch Party People, under supervision.
I asked for space and time and peace and understanding.
She asked for compliments whilst naked on the landing.
I said her sex was in a league all of its own,
but only if she mimed it to me over the telephone…

Chorus.

All things positive, our love began to grow.
Until I spelled out PARTYLAND, with urine, in the snow.
She packed her bags, I was a rabbit in the headlights.
I persuaded her not to leave, then went on Lori Buckby’s website.
I bought her chocolates to diminish my rebuke,
but then I put them in the post, addressed to Donna Duke…

Chorus.
I thought this was really funny, especially the last line. Bounce
There's a mr Cowell on the phone for you. Something about xmas number one.
It was kind of Elvis meets Country and Western meets Jasper Carrott laugh
is it a 7 inch or a 12 inch.
are you that guy who rings the chat with songs by any chance?

I don't have Sky. Freeview only.
seriously though just think of the number of people you could piss off by getting this to number one at anytime, never mind just christmas. Ofcom would be beside themselves, so would radio one and the even more mainstream commercial radio stations would all be in a and e. Get it up on itunes, start a facebook page, get someone on here to make you a video (let's face it there's plenty to work with) you could even do a 'clean' and 'harder' version depending, post it on youtube.... There's nothing to stop any of the channels mentioned plugging it.
^ Top idea!

Last year was Rage Against The Machine, this year Light Entertainment. Smile Bugger X-Factor.

Thanks for including the lyrics btw L.E.
Otherwise I would have had trouble, and not the usual type... bladewave Tongue
Further suggestions: donate some of the proceeds to 'help for heroes' - not only is it a good cause but it takes care of thesun/daily mail moral minority backlash before it starts. It also means the girls are more likely to be willing to promote it and the channels not mentioned are less likely to take the hump. Babestation extreme could play the video every night (or at least until both people watching had bought it!). Babestation could drop one of it's (every two minutes) extreme adverts to show it or even add it as an on screen graphic (there must be room to squeeze another in), maybe even girl caller karaoke versions.
