I have set up a junk hotmail account to attract scammers. Instead of burning the emails Ill play along and post the messages here. Wait and see.

I got a scam 'Private Message' on another forum site.

Just found a privacy setting that I had missed for Profile, and changed it so Everyone can see it. And changed "Significat Other" to "None". Its a race now to see if I get offered 419 scams, viagra or Russian brides.

Nothing yet. Know that Ill get something if I leave it long enough but Im not that patient and Im doing a Uni research study. So Ive added a myspace account. Lets see if that brings in a few new "friends".

Nothing yet. Id say the junk filters are better now, but Ive been here before, created an account, used it once to register for something, and suddenly started getting scam emails about 6 months later. Either HotMail or one blog passed my details on.

This isnt some academic research study, I am not compiling research into who leaks details, what Im looking for are scam emails. So to speed things up I will be doing unsafe things like publishing my details and being totally slutty with friend requests.
