Go to user cp at teh top the page and on the left hand side look for where says change avatar. The pic has to be 110 by 110, if you have trouble scaling the pic down go the site imagevenue.com load the pic on there it can scaled down on there. I hope that helps .

go on user cp
click change avatar
The maximum dimensions for avatars are: 110x110 pixels.
The maximum file size for avatars is 20 KB.
click upload avatar select file
then click change avatar
