Jada has just said the reason she's naked is because Partyland is no longer on freeview so bad news if you don't have Sky then. Furthermore Michelle Moist has just confirmed the new rules.
I've never understood why PL was so tame just for being on FV? I understand that the BS channels have a non-UK licence allowing them to do “more” while PL has a UK licence, but don’t Bangbabes also have a UK licence, yet we get naked shows on BBF but not on PL. Huh

May be Cellcast don't want to risk any slips or complaints on a channel they don't own the licence for , probably "Square 1 Management limited" would not be to pleased with Cellcast if they had to pay Ofcom fines for breaches of Ofcom rules committed by Cellcast girls , Square 1 could easily if Cellcast didn't behave them selves let a rival company use its air time . Like "babestation" has posted "Square 1 Management " is not part of the Celcast group , other company's on Sky use Square 1 Management air time and not Cellcast , then again when Partyland returns to freeview they may let the girls get naked . PS has Bangbabes got a British licence or a foreign one ?

I'm not sure I've always assumed they did, though someone in the know can confirm or deny this.
Any broadcasts through Sky Digital would come under Ofcom duristriction as they are broadcasting from a UK site and any studio to satellite links used within the UK would have to be licenced by Ofcom.

No, sure it is possible to uplink to a satellite from other locations, eg Holland.

In a similar vein, I have never understood why anyone would buy Mayfair magazine. A porn-free porn mag for the same price as harder mags that are still elegant. But perhaps thats the attraction - "nice" women, "class" over explictness. Next, action movies approved by Health & Safety.
With the current ofcom rules as they stand the likes of eurotic tv won't even entertain a uk audience.
