Lipstick on Your Collar was pretty good as well, although he was past his best by that point. A genuinely great screenwriter. Blue Remembered Hills was an amazing show.
Agree with you on Blue remembered hills Mr G and it also starred another great screenwriter Colin Welland who wrote Chariots of Fire and Yanks.
The Gates - Vampires, werewolves, witches and all that supernatural goodness. Won't say any more, I'll give stuff away. Just watch it, once again there are hot people in it Wink
As the 80's have reared their ugly head, i'll throw Edge Of Darkness into the mix.

Not the recent and utterly awful Mel Gibson effort, but the original BBC series with the much under-rated and now sadly departed Bob Peck.
And from the 70's the excellent Tinker,Taylor,Solider,Spy, with Alex Guinness.

Plus its got Adam Baldwin in.

I'll add fringe to the list and I'll go on record and say that Walter Bishop is the greatest character is tv history.
If your like me? you could watch anything with hot chicks in, Hellcats is for you which started in the US last week, It's quite cheesy but it's about collage cheerleaders(need i say more)

Also another new US show which is getting better each episode is The Big C About a woman with cancer, It's made by the same channel that makes Weeds.
A couple of old series you'll have to get on DVD :

FIREFLY - it was a crime it got cancelled and don't forget the film SERENITY which wraps things up a bit.
