"Yes – it happened again. The batty bimbo at the studio was on top form Efforts to maintain a more sensible level of voice volume fell very much on stoney ground and I actually put my phone down unable to answer calls or a while. A quieter moment came along but upon asking if this very envious lady (I get more calls which she appears to find intolerable) would keep to that level I was shrieked at and told to ‘f off’. This sad woman continued in a similar fashion and although I was persuaded to return to my sofa for the last hour (thanks sexydave for finding me at that point) I decided to quit tonight’s show.
The shift organiser is very disappointed – he wanted me on tonight and to dispense with her this evening – giving me a better environment – but I’m exhausted and to be honest can’t face the inadequate quality of my phone which exacerpates matters even further. Sorry to let you all down. I know it looks as if she has got one over on me but the fact is she has already been spoken to (again) and the matter is being taken to the highest level as it now amounts to intimidation and bullying. And I was told today on the phone, no one should be sworn at so vociferously at work when trying to do a job. Indeed swearing is never acceptable. Unfortunately some people use swear words as part of their (limited) vocabulary and use them all the time – shocking words to this lady (lady?) are normal vocabulary."

The above was bought to my attention today. It a comment made by Serena (the all natural lady on the 40+ show) and I would just like to explain what actually happened on Thursday night as feel that the above is terribly unfair and not a true reflection of what actually happened.
As some of you are aware we have recently moved studio and the Sport XXX Babes show and 40+ shows are built close to each other. I have worked with Serena now for approx. a couple of years and have never had a problem up until recently. You see I am very vocal on the phone and sometimes do get carried away it is part of my bubbly and energetic personality. Serena gets very cross when she can hear me getting horny on the phone as she struggles to hear her callers anyway, as she is going a little deaf so when i'm in "the heat of the moment" it makes the situation worse. Time after time I have calmed down my show and "held back" my performances and on Thursday night I wasn't going to put up with this anymore so yes I told Serena to "F*** off, mind her own business and leave me alone to carry on with my show" enough was enough!
I did ask 2 of my work colleagues if I was being too noisy and they both said that they could only hear me once during the night.
10 minutes later I was doing my show and Serena came back off her break and started ranting and raving at me whilst I was live on air........I stayed professional and carried on making eye contact with you viewers and continued with my callers and even when I went on the microphone Serena was still 1/2 a meter or so away pointing her finger at me and generally being abusive and disruptive. Obviously I was live on air and there was no way I was going to start having a live debate on screen.
Serena did not calm down and began verbally attacking me over the microphone and these insults have obviously carried on onto her blog site. I will not lower myself to such levels but Serena if you are reading this then I think you need to be more considerate, understanding and appreciate that there are more girlies working in the studio other than your self and maybe lay of the whisky if it brings out your temper!
Serena seems to think that I am jealous of her as she is a popular lady which is absolutely ludicrous.
We have worked together for 2 years or so now and our call volumes have always been very similar although I will add I do hold the record for having the highest amount of calls and bringing in the most revenue and this does super exceed Serenas personal best by a long way. If I was jealous why would I suddenly have a problem now and why would I bother to promote Serena whilst on the microphone and also the other week when she had forgotten her costume jewellery I lent her some of mine.
Also on Thursday night Serena wasn't feeling very well and I even asked her if there was anything I could do and to call me if she needed anything bring in on Friday (but she was ok as one of her callers had sent her in some special reserve whisky to drink)
On that note I hope that Serena is feeling better now and refreshed :-)
