My sensible suggestion however, would be to check out the babechannel girls who have had theirs done, which at least makes research fun! If the babe is a member here, send them a PM or email saying you like theirs and could they recommend the surgeon? Candy Sexton and Camilla from BS come to mind.

tried that mate, shes been going to the doctors for past few years but the nhs declined it after the doctor built up a case, then decided to appeal and was also declined, shes actually unhappy though thats why ive decided to chip in

hey that was my advice but she has her mind set on it! and i like her just the way she is but im not gonna complain
