I've notice now that a lot, if not the majority, of downloads of a certian kind are being uploaded to sharematrix.

This is a problem for me since it is impossible for me to download from this host, it just keeps on a 10 min loop and than says, sorry you have to wait a further 10 mins.

I've seen one or two other people with this problem but nobody seems to know what's causing it.

Has anybody on here had the same problem or knows what the problem is?

I'm on sky so I assume that might be the problem. Had trouble with sky before, rapidshare was blocked a while ago. Thing is, it was a block completely, you can access the sight here, just not download.

I've experienced this on a 2-3 occasions as a free user (out of c.100 downloads). As you mention, when it gets to 0, then alterts you that it needs to perform the 10 minute countdown again, it will continue in this cycle indefinitly. I found that the way to resolve it, was to refresh the page so that next time the countdown got to 0, the download link would appear as it was supposed to.
I shall try that, thankyou
No luck I'm afraid, it gets to zero and I get the pop up dialogue back, cancel/ close that, refresh the page and then at the end of the ten mins the dialogue pops up again.

I haven't used it in a little while, so just tested a link myself and it does the same. I use a different ISP to you, so that seems unlikely to be the issue.

I'll test the same link in the morning to see whether it works while America's sleeping.
Copy the link address to Notepad, or similar file, then :-

replace 'www.shar....' etc.

with 'ssi.shar....' etc.

in other words exchange ssi for www in the address.

Copy the new address in to browser.

It worked for me. 30 second waiting time and no problems.
