Mmm i remember Spider, she was nice; my fave Old-school BS presenter was Anoushka - very striking to look at and always seemed to want to go a little further; the shows were quite tame back then, a bit of nipple was about as much as you got but I recall watching in amazement as she slipped out of her knickers at the end of one show then stood on her knees in the final seconds to give a sneaky peek. Fabulous! Ah, how things have moved on, ha ha!
When I 'came back' to watching the babe channels, Tammy and Angel on HV both really did it for me and I liked Emma B on TVX (who was a great listen-in but really disappointed when I called, awww. She got bored, put the phone on the bed and wandered off to talk to the production crew! Gotta laugh; well, maybe not at £1.50/min)
Yvette got me hooked on the shows. I loved that irreverent delivery of hers, and I found her engaging on multiple levels. She didn’t tell jokes – she just had a very funny turn of phrase and she brought something different to the shows. I seem to remember wanting to marry her in 2008. She probably would have put my leg in a vice and tried to stretch my neck on a Workmate or something, but I don’t think I’d have complained at the time. In seriousness though, I do think there was a soft centre beneath her tough exterior. And she knew how to create a talking point. The word count of the entries in my nightly babe show diary has definitely shrunk since she left the shows.
