Bluebird have however granted UK Babe Channels permission to make use of copyright material from Bluebird's free-to-air broadcast shows, and accordingly members may if they wish post screen captures and recordings from their shows here, always providing that Bluebird TV's onscreen branding is preserved in the published material.
Following the above statement, a number of forum members have contacted admin privately and expressed misgivings about the position that the statement leaves the forum and its members in.
As UK Babe Channels has always sought to be a true community, it has a responsibility to be receptive to the views of its members and always at the very least to be sure of what those views are. Accordingly a post will be made in the forum later today to instigate a consultation with the forum members regarding their opinions on the statement in the post above and the current position of the forum. Hopefully this consultation process will be very productive and go a long way in helping to clarify which is the best way forward for the forum to take in the future.
