She tends to do the Sunday night shift starting around 9 or 9.30. Other than that she is often on very late at night and, like the rest of us, you just have to keep logging on and checking. The Twitter page on the website sometimes lets you know and if you click on the Webcam girls page and see her on there, that generally means that she will be on the Sex Station show later. Of course, if you do get to speak to her (and she's a lot of fun to talk to), you can always ask.
