im in the north and everything is fine here
A lot of my channels are on and off, irrespective of weather. I just assumed it was my dish. Apparently after a year you have to pay to get it sorted, so I just left it.
Last night I had weak signal on channel 902 and 912 I think due to the very muggy, humid rain last night. Only seems to affect the babe channels though
How old is your LNB, as I used to lose these channels first when it rained, but since I had a new LNB fitted it only happens with heavy rain now.
Only during very heavy downpours like i just had Sad
Well, I just had a torrential thunderstorm up here in Cumbria. But the signal was fine. It only seems to affect my signal during light rain, it just starts pixelizing, and eventually says no signal found.
Does anyone else lose the signal on this channel at the first sign of rain? I lose it even if it's only light drizzle.

Yes i do , i also loose the signal to Bangmedia's 902 channel at the same time . but not 912 and 959 they are ok .
Thanks, mr mystery, that's some comfort as I was beginning to think I might have to call out a Sky engineer to re-align my dish or replace the LNB.

I don't really understand all this bandwith and transponder jargon, but I think ChatGirl need to 'up' something to help their signal strength.
Can anyone please tell me why? Its stormy and some of my channels are nor working off my dish but most are, is this to do with my dish? The channels? Or weather? Cheers
