No if you look at the name of this thread it says "Bluebird TV - New Faces" which means new faces on Bluebird channels not new babes altogether cause Amanda, Reede and others are well known from other channels.

The first post does indicate that the thread would be for introducing girls who are new to babe TV.
However, thread's naturally digress, change and evolve, so I don't see an issue that this thread also features news on girls who've moved channel as well.
