Well that's bloody daft. I've just been into edit options in my profile and I had 'Enable Daylight Saving' checked. Unchecked it and everything's fine.
So the option doesn't
enable (i.e. so it's automatic) daylight saving at all - it actually executes a 1 hour time shift, presumably meaning you have to manually alter the clock for BST. How f**king stupid!
