Alice is wonderful, but elite not living up to their name. Been trying to call Alice for hours via the credit card line. Everytime I get through I get offered press 9 to speak to a girl at home and no press 1 to speak to alice. Each time it eats my credit so this morning so far 35 quid to listen to a system not work.
