yes paige is the first woman you see stripping. also at the 45 second mark you see british page 3 girl rhian sugden. also in the clip are other uk glamour models madison welch and amii grove. rhian, madison and amii are listed as "forest woman"

I wonder how much she was paid for that. Must be quite a bit more than what an extra would make, considering she's nude and has some amount of fame to her. Any guesses?

You'd be surprised how little it can be! It is a case of weighing up what the production value is and negotiating a decent amount, or percentage.
