The original posted image looks like a re-sized and degraded jpg, so I would've thought/hope the actual released image was alot smoother and clearer - I would smoothe you out and clean you up as well but I don't want to mess with the 'official' pictures - of course I don't think you'll find anybody complaining too much, besides, I'm not a fan of the bright glossy airbrushed over-produced pornstar look. You look gorgeous as you are.
