I once had a PM from a member who rang up bangbabes one Wednesday night to try and speak to the Zarwood girls but they were busy, so just for the hell of it he pressed the option to speak to an off-air girl just to see what happened (and expecting to get some granny), but to his surprise he found himself talking to Adele who hadn't been on screen but was taking calls backstage. Adele then went on air at midnight when Zarwood finished.
Presumably Elite have the same option so the chances are she was probably in a lot earlier.
