I have just put the new IP address into my hosts file, replacing the old one, and its all working ok without doing anything else. (I use linux)
Thanks Skate, but someone should change the link in the site as well, as it directs you to the old address.
Plus, why aren't the thumbnails working on new posts. I just tried to make a new video post and when I previewed it all I got was a text to the thumb.
Now I know there's a length limit, so I tried it with just a name with the same result.

Thumbnails (as attachments) cannot be seen in preview mode. You have to make the post before they are visible.
It was like that before the move.

Yes they should and will, but until that happens, you'll have to manually use the links provided in post 1. Admin and others will still be working on all other aspects of the move and fixing the non-working links. Bear in mind the forum was only down for around half an hour - the alternative would have been to have it offline for several hours or more until the move was 100% completed and all links were working.
EDIT: When your ISP updates its DNS servers, the regular
http://www.babeshows.co.uk url will work (it already does for some users), so those non-working links may not be changed.

Sorry, but I don't use attachments for thumbnails, I've used the same method of posting on all my posts, but this one didn't work.

It may have been an IC issue or related to the forum move, but it appears that your image thumbnail is now working.

Well that's a bit strange, if everyone else can see the thumbnail, but I'm still seeing just the text link to the full image.
Must be something to do with my settings for Firefox, Thanks I'll have to look into that.
what does the host file have to do with this site it only has my isp address in mine sorry if I am being a bit stupid here while I can access the site search is not working

I don't think its your FF settings. The displaying of thumbs seems to sometimes work and sometimes not. I also see that some full size embedded images are currently displaying at smaller sizes. I assume work is still being done - once the migration to the new servers is complete hopefully they'll all work. If they don't then I'm sure Admin will address it.
