Anyone having problems viewing caps that have been uploaded via image chunk?
It was fine at the weekend but my computer won't display them now, just a small box with a red cross in - and when you click on the box, it just says the link is broken.
Anyone?

While it would obviously be inconvenient if all the IC images were to disappear, I'm quite glad to see a variety of image hosts being used at the moment. Aside from the fact it spreads the risk of all the images from this forum disappearing in an instant should a host close down, from a personal perspective I've not been able to download any images from IC for a couple of months now - without them turning into thumbnails. Plus, as Wazo has pointed out, some of his IC images appear to have been replaced by random images for no apparent reason - until a reason is know there's a risk that could become more prevalent.
Its also a pleasant change to read forum threads containing thumb-sized images, rather that having to navigate through swathes of full size embedded pics to find conversational posts and thumbnail pics. Its no coincidence that two of the largest, longest running & most reliable adult hosts (ImageVenue & ImageBam) don't allow hotlinking/pic embedding. Many of the smaller hosts (not necessarily IC) that do allow it can't afford the associated bandwidth costs and fold.
its a shame this is happening as there are some quality pics that been posted. im not a capper but i do appreciate the hard work you guys do and gives thanks to each capping post that i look at but i think there needs to discussion on the course action and someone at the top makes the decision on what to do.
Well, I very rarely use full size caps. At the most 1 or 2 if it's big post, just as an example of the resolution & quality.
So I'm not missing them. I even started a thread about limiting there use, and nearly got my balls fed back to me on a plate.
Sorry George, but I think I'm gonna stick with imagevenue for now. Just have to keep in mind the filename length in future.
does any one know how long it will take for imagechunk to work?

Having same problem caps not open cant see pics, when click on imagechunk pics dont appear and loading is timed out can anyone advise what to do thanks
I noticed some of the imagechunk pics were working last night.
