I don't know if calm down is quite the right term, more like go back to school, and learn how to use a camera first.

I'd hate to think how many times he's tried to zoom in and been totally out of focus. And isn't pan & scan supposed to be a smooth seamless movement from side to side, not so damn fast, you get whiplash.
