A simple question for somebody who has already done it.
Are the Avatar (non animated) pictures in jpg format and what size in pixels should they be?
How do you upload the Avatar picture after it is made?

Left hand menu
Your Profile section
Change avatar

Made it myself using imageready. Wish they could be bigger than 20k though as the one with more frames looks better
