oh, don't like rar files. They upset my computer. Any chanve for AVI'S?
Not sure how the rar files are 'upsetting' your computer, but here's some assistance on how to deal with them and extract the video with the minimum of upset...
To unrar, use WinRar if you use a PC - you can get it on a trial basis here or use a completely free application called Rarzilla which you can get here
And if you use a Mac, use this application: Unrar X

Just a tip on finding rar passwords, and how I found this one, just copy and paste the name of the rar file without the extensions (in this case mfhm.wendy.taylor_2k) into google and with a bit of luck you'll find some internet posts where people a little cleverer than myself have remembered to post the password.
