You can't do it using a quick reply but you can if you reply normally by clicking on the reply button. That'll bring up a box similar to the one in the picture below. See the bit at the bottom of the picture where is says "New Attachment". Click on "choose file", locate the picture on your PC and choose it then click "add attachment". Then you'll end up with an attachment such as the one you can see at the foot of this message where is says "Attached File(s)".

Funny you should ask about posting pictures.
