Could someone please post a user guide for this as I can't seem to get to work...winrar is so easy...but all I keep getting is invalid floating point?????
Thanks for your help guy's...but sadly when it comes to the HJ Split,I have to admit defeat
1. Make sure the files which you download have exactly the same name as mentioned on the website.
For example,
Blondstripper.avi.001
Blondstripper.avi.002
Blondstripper.avi.003
Blondstripper.avi.004
2. Open HJSplit and click the button JOIN
3. Browse the filename with the extension .001, for this it would be Blondstripper.avi.001
4. and click the START button.
5. After that you will get your single playable file as output.
*if the output file has the extension .out then rename it to .avi*
The free "ProjectX" program written in java language works well in both Windows and linux. It can certainly split up many types of video file without re-encoding. I think it can join files together as well. I use it to edit and convert DVD .vob files to .mpg type.
Thanks for all your help guys......Sadly still couldn't make it work....but never fear
someone very kindly put it in to Winrar for me
You will be repped all round
