As for how much the ladies earn. Does it really matter? What you do have to remember though is it is a short career and they don't work a five day week. Chances are there are none of the standard sick and holiday payments or any notice period to end the contract. You takes your choice like any other job. Risk and higher pay, lower pay but a more stable work environment

It surprises me that some of the girls could not earn enough money anyway without having to resort to talking to a load of utter tossers (having listenned to some of SM© recorded calls) on the phone and pretending to enjoy it. I cannot imagine how boring it must be. Whatever they get paid for the phone work, they deserve it. The advertising of web sites and pictures does annoy me though.

Put this into perspective peeps. People in my kind of job the pay scales depending on company, experience and various other things ranges from around £7 and up to £40 an hour and can be even more variable if you go independent.
Don't forget ads seen aren't always legit, if you think they are then I'm going to start a new pyramid system right now. Just send £100 to...
Even those ads that are legit are likely to be agents so any money advertised is going to have a percentage skimmed off for themselves along with possible various other clauses and no guarantee at that rate you'll get more than a screening

This is something I have often wondered. Don't need to know amounts just the structure.

Do models get a basic wage? for arguments sake, £250 per week. The callers then make up their salary by way of commission.

I've sometimes notice that some, in fact quite a lot, just sit there looking bore (I've even seen reading), and not giving a damn if anyone's ringing or not. Some girls try and do what they can to get people to phone in. Are the girls who try hard are wanting more commission?


And what's the %? I was talking to a Russian on yahoo once, worked for jasmin. They charged £1.50 and she got a lousy 35% rest went to the site, and if she didn't get a caller, she got jack shite.
