Just did a bit of grocery shopping in Tesco and spotted a good deal on Energizer Ultra+ batteries. Their blister packs are normally £2.89 each (all sizes) but you can get 4 for £5 at the mo'. I seem to go through AA and AAA batts like nobody's business so I stocked up with £23 worth for a tenner. You get 4 in the AA/AAA packs, 2 in the C/D packs and 1 9v one - you can mix 'n match the packs too.
