I used to watch this show a year or so ago before i went to live overseas some of yu may know me. then the show was fairly entertaining now it is pants! they dont know if mics are on/off or broken! the screen graphics are all over the place and so are the txts. who if anyone is producing it now? and before the lovesick puppies start jumping to bambs defence im not critical of her looks like a show being run on a tenner.
As much as I like bambi and Jo the chat has gone down hill. They spend less time with texts now and the presenters don't all have that zip in them any more. I think charlie will be the next to leave and that wouldn't suprise me. But all the other shows are bad now a days. I'll bet this will end soon. Bambi is lovely but even she has her limits of when she's had enough. Cellcast cut it's hours because it was taking viewers away from PP and BS Daytime, they got rid of the Misters and got the girls trained up to do all the things like Chatbacks etc that the Mister's did.
I believe the show got sold or part sold to an Irish company and they have gone back to the old studio(Space Party one) because the other building is being sold.
It is trying to sail its way through the bad economic times so that they have a show on the other side. At the moment it is being run on a week to week basis to see if it meets its income targets, hopefully if it can prove it is doing that and the bosses see how good a show it is then it will go back to somewhere close to where it is was just 3 months ago.
So are you the famous Rufus,the hotel person from the Space Party show?

Thanks for such a good answer mikedfc. me famous? more like infamous and yes its me from the old space party days. i moved to Annecy south east France a year or so ago and dont get back to London much although i have been told my name has been used in other places. anyway shame about the show say hi to bambs for me if yu go on show

yep its nothing to do with the girls really and all to do with the cheapskate owners LOL
and I disagree slightly madhattter the shows do vary a lot like last night Bambi was in top form thanks in part to me LOL

I said something along these lines a week or so back and got my head bitten off. It's just a shambles, it looks and sounds like they're broadcasting from a bathroom and with no producer on hand they have no idea if they're on air or can be heard. On sunday Carrie never knew if her mic was on or off, at one stage I rang to tell her that her mic was off and she didn't even realise she had a call so I gave up after hanging on for a while.
I know I've said it before, and you all want to sweep it under the carpet, but it doesn't help that they sacked two of their most experienced and popular girls,who were yes I admit my two favourites, and also the fact that Charlie hasn't been on much lately hasn't helped either, it is a shame as it makes a refreshing change to the other kind of shows to have real interaction with some bright, nice and gorgeous girls.

Are you saying the show was too successful ?

If the show is meeting it's income targets and goes back to where it was three months ago, then it will still be taking money off the other channels.
Sorry for being thick guys as i say i am in and out of the Uk a lot and have missed lots. who was sacked. and i can relate to that point on calls i called sophie once and hang on for ages while she natterd away not realising i was there, eventualy i gave in and hung up.

Donatella and Nikki were sacked for reasons not entirely clear, although possibly Nikkis other work was beginning to clash with her shifts,I don't know but thats the speculation. Donatellas reaction is here:
