So why the review title? First of all, I love Beth, but she was clearly put on to promote the non-TV show that she was doing. Ashley also spoke about the same thing in her first stint. I have to wonder at the viability of the TV shows when they push the web stuff so blatantly. Then we have the ridiculous restriction for Sophie, coupled with the fact of how long she was on for, and it starts to feel like TV viewers are being short changed with the least amount of effort being put in to just cover the hours. I hope this isn't the slippery slide to oblivion for the TV shows that some on the forum predict. It is interesting though to read the first page of this review thread and see that in 2009 there were all the same sort of complaints we're still making now including tame shows, fake girl callers and heavy handed advertising. Oh well, it seems nothing much changes.
