Your description's rather vague, 20-30s could be anywhere from 20 to 39. The only girl I can remember in a green patent was from Kazakhstan, not Romania.

If she was deleting her account and opening a new one she must be one of the independent camgirls, because if she was working for one of the channels and logging in to the system that way she wouldn't have an account of her own anyway.
