I Sky+ed her this morning, and will be checking her out later, but when I heard last night that she'd be back on at 6.00am I was thinking at the time that Live960 were getting their pound of flesh this weekend!
I dunno how she manages to stay looking so damn fit!

I noticed she did the last hour of the show standing up and I think that may have been to stop herself falling asleep. Coffee? Red bull? Other legal stimulants? Don't know how she managed it but I, and I'm sure a good few other people, salute you. 
Hahaha cheeky....And I think everyone forgot I graced the screens for the dayshift friday aswell.
I had 12hours sleep in total since fri -sun....mad. And I even kept going when I got home, and managed to go out last night

Yes doc you were right I must admit I did stand up the last hour but it was my that was acheing so much, (suffer frm bad back
..) And I was feeling sleepy by then so needed to keep myself up....

And still had enough energy for a night out with the girlies! Your recuperative capacity is, like the rest of you, impressive!
Musculo-skeletal complaints are not to be taken lightly - if only I was an orthepedic specialist or a chiropractor I would probably be prepared to offer my professional services on a pro bono basis (who could argue that easing your back pain was not in the public interest?) - so make sure they look after you properly at work in terms of comfy cushions or any other accommodations that could ease your pain.
