True there is worse on other channels, they show more on blue peter but I guess as thses shows are call based they have to be careful how they show/represent themselves

this offcom ruling is beyond asinine. none of the girls ever use bad language, they never take their clothes off so clearly no rules are being broken, so why does it matter what the girls wear ?

The cynic in me still thinks it's part Cellcast marketing ploy. Maybe they are being cautious maybe not. All of the other daytime channels if anything have been getting 'hotter' and don't seem concerned about Ofcom.Does anybody know if Ofcom issue warnings or do they just react to complaints from third parties. Is there a little book that says no over the knee boots during daytime shows but visible underwear is OK? Sounds odd to me.
I don't doubt that is what Lori has been told but if Cellcast are the only ones to listen and the other channels get away with it,what with Ofcom's delays in bringing anything to fruition,then Cellcast will be the ones to lose out in this ever shrinking pool of callers.

i guess if offcom is monitoring, they'd prob monitor for a month then any channels breaking the rules get fined or whatever. tho i might be assuming too much there. Its just frustrating tho!

Maybe, but I cant see that happening because they would be easily losing there calls to other channels, so it wouldn't make any sense?
Cellcast are the bigger company out of the lot and probably have more to lose, so are keping a level on things for the time being

I believe there are a set of rules to stick to regarding, clothing and how covered girls have to be on screen, movement on screen, the chat on the phones and chat on the microphone. Even more so in the last year as the rules are more strict now than ever. All of the babe shows by looks of it have been pushing boundary's but I think its pp and bsd that have so far cooled it down a little, I'm pretty sure the other channels will soon follow

I would like to see the rules about what you can and cannot do.Someone here must have seen them,there must be huge 'grey areas' because every channel does their show differently.A list of the do's and don'ts would finally show everybody here where the blame for increased censorship lies,regulator or broadcaster?
