I've noticed this phenomenon myself.

The size of a woman's breasts are in direct proportion to the length of time since you last knuckled one off.

Maybe she did have an enlargement. I'm not well versed in the technology behind breast augmentation, but I did notice she had some pale squares above and below her nipples, possibly from having bandages/plasters taped over them for a while. Whoever her doctor is has been doing fantastic work.

The tape was simply tit tape to keep her outfit in place...both Lilly and Jemma seem to be looking bustier of late though
