Nope, that's a new one to me. But I'm no expert when it comes to Megaupload. Might be a thread in the Tech zone on the subject?

Appears as though some people have been having problems with the MegaManager facility at Megaupload. Could that be it?

That's a typical message you'll get when you're using a proxy to make requests from websites. There could be any number of people using the same proxy, hence the 'elevated number of requests' which are all from the same IP.
