Just to give you a clue as to what is happening with the streams, basically we can choose any camera to go to each of the two streams, totally independant of what is showing on sky... but obviously the plan is to use the same camera as what is being used on one of the sky channels... the times when you see crew running about or the floor is when someone has forgotten to switch the camera/s for the web stream... when they switch the camera, they also have to switch the graphic that is to be displayed. Usually this goes ahead without any problems wbut when things are being rushed, chance of a mistake and this is probably where you have called in.
On the new graphics, you will see in small print at the top of them "Live Web Show XXX" where XXX is a 3 digit number... this should matchup with the on-screen telephone number on Sky basically.
The graphics should update every 10 seconds or so when a change has been made.
When we have a stream for all the channels, then we can have static graphics below each stream, because we know we have streams for all the channels... but at the mo, we only have 2 for the 4 streams so we have the oppurtunity to put 948 on for a bit, then 959 so the numbers need to change. We dont really want to embed the number over the stream as it spoils it but as you have said, leaves room for error... but as we are hoping for all the streams to be online, this problem should be eliminated.
