Thanks for that, I'm amazed I didn't recognise her, having phoned her up previously and had a lovely chat with her. She looked much darker than on previous occasions I've seen her on TV, probably the lighting.

To be fair, when she has her hair straight she looks totally different - you're not the first one not to recognise her!
