I think both Elle Pharrell and Nancy Roxxx are both underrated both individually and together on Storm.
Probably due to not being at one of the so called big three but I appreciate them both immensely .

I agree with Kerrie Lee on xpanded, but she hasn't been around for long yet.
As for Ruby Summers, not sure I would say under-rated, she's getting a good bit of exposure. And her name crops up often in the BOTN thread. Rightly so.
