Calls from the continent?

Is S66 the only channel that allows calls from countries outside the Great Britain? I mean from the continent?

Maybe? I tried ringing some of the channel from Ireland and never got a line that worked so perhaps there is a call block outside the UK

UK premium rate telephone numbers will not connect if you are calling or texting from outside of the UK.

In general I think so but once I was able to get through to RLC to speak to Dionne and also on Storm. But in general I have had no luck

^I wonder would it make a difference if you were using, a landline vs a mobile?
