Firecall not working?

Hey sorry if this is the wrong section but has anyone ever got the PC Call option to work when trying to call? When I click it loads a Firecall pop up with a progress bar that just loads forever

I haven't tried it recently, but it's definitely worked for me in the past. I'd check it for you now, but I haven't got any credits at the moment.
